These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS (text message) program operated by Visiting Angels ("we," "us," "our brand") for employment applicants. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
When you opt in through the checkbox on our employment application, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Visiting Angels regarding your employment application, including interview scheduling links, application status updates, and related reminders.
Your consent is given directly to Visiting Angels and applies only to messages from us about your application. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment or of submitting an application. You may apply and be considered for employment without opting in to text messages.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with SMS service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver our messages, or where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Message frequency varies based on your application activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through our application form.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
